Experience
Temporary Lead Deckhand
Supported the bosun throughout a 7-week period, including attendance at the Monaco Yacht Show, Red Sea Week, and a 10-day boss trip. I was offered a permanent position after my first 2 weeks, but recruitment for permanent crew was put on hold due to winter plans TBD.
Bosun
Following the vessels delivery, I navigated through an inaugural 9 week owners trip, addressing initial challenges of a new build and managing a 10 member deck team with up to 25 guests at a time which required quick thinking and adaptability.
Lead Deckhand
Starting as the lead deckhand during the outfitting phase of the new build is when I expanded my skill set and confidence at the senior deck level. I worked closely with the bosun to ensure the completion of routine deck maintenance.
