About
With several years of experience in the yachting industry, I have been fortunate to build my career across a variety of programs, progressing from Sole Stewardess to Chief Stewardess while working with the same owners across multiple vessels. I am a hands-on, organised, and supportive team player who enjoys creating positive working environments where people feel valued, motivated, and supported. Whether leading an interior team, stepping in to help wherever needed, or working alongside fellow Heads of Department, I believe strong communication and teamwork are the foundation of a successful program. My experience includes both busy operational seasons and large-scale refit projects, giving me a strong background in interior operations, guest service, logistics, organization, and team management. I thrive in fast-paced environments, remain calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy creating seamless guest experiences while maintaining a positive and efficient crew atmosphere.
