With over 11 years of experience in the yachting industry, I am now seeking my next role onboard a professionally operated yacht where my leadership style and skills add value to the program. With extensive involvement in large-scale refits, creating new uniforms, resetting crew areas, managing guest trip logistics, and delivering high-end guest service, I am passionate about both the operational and service sides of the interior.

- Moved again with owners of M/Y Moonstone (Amels) to their new larger boat M/Y Moonstone - Working on 2.5-year interior refit and full exterior refit in Holland, extending from 72m to 80m and name change. - Reset of all the crew areas. Purchasing new linen, bedding, accessories, etc. Active participation on the selection of colours and materials used. - Creation of a complete customized new crew uniforms, working closely with owner. - Worked alongside the designers to arrange the order of the entire new crockery, flatware, service ware, guest linen, guest areas accessories and furniture. Manage control report and returns. - Sea fastening for the completely new service ware. New location and allocation. - Inspected and manage contractor’s work. Closely working with project manager, captain and company in charge of the interior refit. - Summer season included the UK and Scandinavia with long guest trips. Interior team of 6 servicing seven guest cabins and 21 crew.
