About
I am looking to obtain a permanent or rotation position as captain on a motor yacht (charter/private or both) between 30-70 meters (100’-230’) where I can use my seafarer’s career background and extensive navigation background. I am happy to travel anywhere. After about 30 years of career working at sea, I have an excellent knowledge of navigation equipment, line handling/manoeuvring, new build/refit and maintenance in shipyard, crew management and motivation skills, budget/accountancy management skills.

Joined the boat still under construction in Baglietto Shipyard and followed the last 3 months of preparation setup to ensure timely delivery and start of the Med Season. Responsible for crew recruiting, Ship’s Documents issuing procedures, ISM implementation, and boat management.
