Career Objective
I am searching for a permanent position as a deckhand that will allow me to learn, be efficient part of the crew, grow professionally and to put my YMO to use. I have experience working on sailing and on motor yacht and am experienced in -docking/anchoring procedures, -lines and fenders, -operation of hydraulic winches, -tender navigation and operation, -general vessel maintenance and deck equipment (wash downs, polishing, product knowledge, tender maintenance etc), -guest interaction. I am a responsible person that believes in clear, open and honest communication. I have an excellent and strong work ethic which I can apply in a team or working alone.

Being part of the AMIRI FLEET, I’ve started preparing Al Thakhira for the season as soon as it got off the dry docks by organizing all deck equipment and maintaining the yacht in pristine conditions for the upcoming season. When the new build Tofan has been completed, I was transferred to the main yacht in the fleet that was heavily used by the guests. My duties included keeping the deck always clean and organised at any time, docking and line handling procedures, swimming set ups, jet ski driving, guest interaction. (I do not have a written reference from Cpt Paolo Mataloni, but he is available to for a call regarding my reference)

Build in 1992, the yacht was undergoing a refit period in Pozzuoli, Italy. My responsibilities included general exterior upkeep of the vessel, interior organization, bilge/lazarette/engine cleaning, assistance in dismantling jib furler system, winch replacement, wiring and light installation.

The yacht is cruising in French Riviera during the entire season. Deck duties include wash downs, teak maintenance, stainless steel polishing, assistance in the engine room, anchoring and docking procedures, anchor watch. Working with two tenders Williams (jet engine) 3.5m and Capelli (screw engine) 7.5m. In charge of food provisioning and assistance in the interior.
