As Head of Department, I was responsible for the complete setup of the yacht upon delivery to new owners, ensuring every detail met the highest standards. My role encompassed coordinating with contractors during yard periods, managing full yacht inventory and reorganization, and overseeing purchasing and preparation for boss trips and potential charters. Led the full setup of the yacht for the West Palm Boat Show in March 2023, including flower arrangements, themed table decorations, and complete cocktail and appetizer service. Organized and executed a broker lunch onboard for 11 guests, providing an impeccable dining experience that highlighted the yacht's premium service capabilities.
