Standard duties included housekeeping, laundry, guest service, maintenance of interior presentation and table setting. Assisting in the galley when needed and inventory management for all. Guided new crew with developing and honing their knowledge and skills. Insured the boat is show-ready for Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
2nd Stewardess
Guest service, laundry, housekeeping, mixology, interior maintenance and upkeep. Undertook duties of chief stew and crew cook while additional replacements were found. Temporarily assumed responsibilities as Chief Stewardess and Crew Cook until suitable replacements were secured.
Deck/Stew (Day Charter)
Guest service, maintaining and cleaning of interior, line and fender work. The day charter also included assisting with docking procedures.
