Supervise and manage the deck team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high standards of performance and safety. Oversee daily deck operations, including the maintenance and cleaning of all deck equipment, tenders, and toys. Assisting Chief Officer with maintaining the vessel’s safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, and emergency supplies, ensuring compliance with regulations. Manage the daily cleaning and upkeep of the exterior of the vessel, including polishing, detailing, and maintaining all outdoor spaces. Provide excellent guest service during yacht charters, assisting with guest activities, water sports, and ensuring an enjoyable onboard and ashore experience.

Led anchoring and mooring operations during vessel docking, ensuring safe and efficient berthing in close collaboration with the Chief Officer. Operated a 20-ton crane to launch tenders and jet skis, leading the deck team to ensure safe and efficient execution of the procedure. Assisted Captain during the winter shipyard period in the absence of the Chief Officer, overseeing and coordinating all maintenance procedures, job tasks, and operational schedules to ensure the vessel was prepared for the upcoming season.

Involved in the winter season operations for 4-5 months annually over 4 years, contributing to the overall preparation and maintenance of yacht during the off-season. Washing and polishing the stainless steel. Teak scrubbing with Step 1 and 2. Antifouling and Painting (brush/spray). Varnishing. Wash Down. Hauling Operation.
