With almost 5 years of yachting experience on deck and instructing sailing among other watersports for 10 years preceding that I am ready to step into a new position where I can demonstrate my accrued knowledge and experience. I'm always open to learning more everyday, a serious team player I advocate a strong work ethic that is present everyday. I have a strong creative background and have used this on previous vessels to create aids for crew training and knowledge sharing and teaching. I'm competent in all areas of yacht maintenance, highly confident working outboard and aloft, tender driving and general organisation on deck. I pride myself on having a keen eye for detail which has always played to my strengths during charters. I strive for excellence in perfection, whilst keeping to budget, time and efficiency.
