Responsible for all engineering operations on high-performance yacht equipped with 3 x MTU16V 4000 M90 engines, Kamewa waterjet propulsion, and 2 x Caterpillar 86kW generators. Oversaw AV/IT, HVAC (chillers and fan coils), watermakers, fuel, waste system, fresh water systems and lube oil systems. Maintained PMS, safety systems (firefighting, LSA, bilge/fire pumps) and ensured ISM/MARPOL compliance. Provided seamless technical support to guarantee guest comfort and yacht reliability.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all engineering systems aboard a 58-meter yacht powered by twin Caterpillar 3516C diesel engines delivering a top speed of 21 knots. Oversaw preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of main propulsion, generators, HVAC, hydraulics, water makers, stabilizers, AV/IT and fuel management for long range cruising. Coordinated engine room operations during refit periods and supported technical upgrades and surveys. Managed engine room crew ensured full compliance with ISM, Class and Flag State regulations and maintained high standards of safety and operational readiness for both private and charter use. Conducted diagnostics and repairs in confined engine spaces, accommodation and deck.

Perform regular maintenance, servicing, and performance monitoring of MTU 2000 engines. • Troubleshoot and resolve engine issue as needed. • Oversee operation and maintenance of Caterpillar diesel generators, • ensure power management systems are optimized for seamless operation. • Oversee the operation and maintenance of onboard entertainment systems, including televisions, sound systems, projectors and control interfaces • Troubleshoot issue with AV equipment to ensure uninterrupted guest entertainment and work with external AV/IT specialists for updates and major repairs. • Provide technical support for guest and crew devices (laptop, tablets, etc.). • Implement a Planed Maintenance System (Idea), covering engines, generators, and auxiliary systems. • Keep detailed maintenance records, conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate. • Ensure all system comply with ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL and Class Society requirements. • Test and maintain emergency systems such as emergency generator, hi fog system, bilge systems, quick closing valve, water tight doors, transition light, sliding doors. • Participate in regular safety drills and assist in emergency response planning. • Oversee the operation of hydraulic systems (Stabilizers, Cranes, Gangway, Passerelle), HVAC and Refrigeration, Water Maker and Sewage treatment plant, electrical systems, battery banks and inverters. • Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and consumables for all systems, plan and manage budgets for engineering and AV/IT supplies, coordinate with suppliers and manage orders to minimize downtime, prepare for Class and Flag State surveys, ensuring all systems are in compliance.
