I did my stagiaire in year 2005 at Aix en Provence (South of France) a 2 Stars Michelin restaurant Le clos de la Violette by Chef Jean Marc Banzo. My forte are French, Italian and Asian Influence cuisine. I can do dietary restrictions, gluten free, macronutrients, keto meals. I can also make breads and desserts as well. I will also collaborate with Chief Steward(ess) on the setting of the table, the wines to pair for the meal. I was previously working for Singapore Top Richest family which owns the Largest Trimaran 84 meters Superyacht White Rabbit Golf for more than 2.5 years.
