Service Team of 7. Rotation through table service, buffet, pantry or runner. Cinema service. High request of Mixology. Detailing/Maintaining of Pantries, Lounges etc. Stock control of guest/crew alcohol and snacks. Provisioning. Constant guest care. Occasional assist in Housekeeping.
2nd Stewardess
Promoted to 2nd Stewardess in January 2024. Assisted as Interim Chief stewardess in her absence. Single-handedly did breakfast service. I lead the morning meetings and delegated work to the team while boss is on/off board. Training the team to comply with the yachts standards in all departments. Having full responsibility for care taking of the boss's rare artwork. I managed stock control and purchasing of provisions. My administrative responsibility is maintaining/purchasing of uniform, ordering of all boss and guest preferences, taking care of drinks and dry-store, supplying a monthly schedule and keeping up with both pantries tableware. Im involved in all services and assist in housekeeping.
3rd Stewardess
Responsible for the execution of turn ups and turn downs of Housekeeping. Service. Mixology. Laundry. Maintaining and detailing of interior. Flipping of vessel for back to back charters within 24 hours.
