CurrentMy responsibilities are keep the operation of the vessel safety and efficient, making sure all the mechanical equipments are operating within parameters. Diagnosis and troubleshooting to ensure the optimal operation of the main propulsion and auxiliary engines. Keep maintenance of the items of every system on board such as diesel system, cooling water system, lubrication system, sea water system, reverse osmosis water maker. Inspections routines on every safety and Firefighting'devices sush as smoke detectors, heat detectors, water mist and CO2 system to keep the integrity of the vessel and the crew. Helping to the chief engineer in the management of every scheduled maintenance on board, diesel and lubrication consuming and fresh water. Keep updated the IMO documents, keep the order, safety and cleanliness.
