Overall command of a 24m private motor yacht during the summer season. Planned and executed itineraries along the coasts of Montenegro and Greece. Navigated safely through diverse cruising areas, ensuring compliance with international and local maritime regulations. Oversaw daily yacht operations, including engineering checks, maintenance scheduling, bunkering, and provisioning.

Responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and refit of the yacht. Conducted regular inspections and ensured the functionality of all vessel systems, including engines, navigation equipment, and safety systems. Led navigation and operations across the Mediterranean Sea, ensuring safe and efficient voyages. Coordinated with crew and contractors for refit and maintenance projects. Oversaw voyage planning, budgeting, and provisioning for all trips. Maintained compliance with maritime regulations and safety protocols. Managed a partial refit including replacement of the hydraulic system and upgrade of the chiller system.

Full responsibility for the yacht’s operations, including navigation, watchkeeping, bridge equipment management, and passage planning updates. Managing GMDSS operations, crew training, safety familiarization, and conducting safety drills. Inspecting and maintaining Life Saving Appliances (LSA) and Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE). Overseeing budgeting, vessel accounts, purchasing, and inventory for deck equipment and chemicals. Planning and supervising the yacht’s maintenance program. Managing the crew and resolving technical challenges. Tender driving, organizing water sports activities, and maintaining deck equipment. Partly refit of the vessel including installation of new engines, generators overhaul, and complete vessel repainting.
