I have done 4,5 summer seasons on 28-50m M/Y, both charter and private. I also have been on and off on a 46m S/Y as a relief chef for last 5 years, doing 2 major refits, Transpacific crossing, Atlantic crossing and a North Pacific crossing. At the moment I am at the end part of a 15 year refit project that is ending around mid April.I have a good restaurant background, have done some freelance trips, as well as some work as a private chef, therefore I'm pretty flexible and good with different cuisines, diets and allergies. Fluent English, Russian, Latvian and learning German and Swedish. Schengen visa, B1/B2, drivers licence. STCW, ENG1, Hygiene level 2, Ships cooks certificate and seaman's book on the way.
