Lead / Senior Deckhand
Supervised a team of five deckhands, ensuring that all deck evolutions were conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Led anchoring, mooring, and stern-to manoeuvres, served as primary driver of two 10m Falcon tenders, and supported owners during watersports activities as both instructor and safety lead.
