I am 20 years old and from Cape Town, South Africa, currently completed my first season in 2024 and now looking for my permanent next boat as a stewardess. As well as yachting experience I also have hospitality experience which will help foster towards my passion as a stewardess. I have always thrived in Housekeeping and Laundry, never leaving a job half done, always making sure ever area on the boat has been detailed to the max! Service would be my second choice but would definitely not be my fault. Making guests feel welcomed and comfortable is second nature to me. Always catering to their needs no matter how large their request is. Other than the work side of me I indulge in a lot of activities - baking, movie nights, kayaking, swimming, gardening, hiking and tennis.

Career Objective
With experience in the yachting and hospitality industry, I am seeking my next permanent position as a stewardess. I want to harness the skills I have learned over the years and dedicate my time and passion towards building a successful long-term career in the yachting industry. Most recently I have experience as a stewardess on a 41m private/charter motor yacht in Greece which has strengthened my skills as a stewardess greatly. Over the years of working in Hospitality fields I have always taken immense pride in my work, thrive on challenging myself, and find a great deal of dedication when it come to any aspect of my work. I am eager to continue this passion as a team player with strong communication skills. Wide-eyed to participate where I can bring value and support to a great crew. I am committed to make this career everlasting, leaving a lasting impression as the stewardess who sets the standard for excellence and dedication.

Stewardess
As a stewardess onboard Almaha, a high-demand program with a live-onboard owner, there was never a dull moment. With an ever changing weekly guest list ranging from 6 to 10 guests at a time. Rotational twelve hour shifts, involved detailing guests cabins throughout the day. Daily restocking and setting up the bars, sky deck and the aft deck, to get ready for solo drinks service in the evenings/afternoons. Serving and setting up snack platters. Table setup and serving of meals in a buffet style. Throughout the shift general galley and laundry service was always attended to.
Senior Waiter
Greeting and seating customers with a keen eye on anticipating a customer’s needs. Food and beverage service, with the aim of providing exceptional guest experience. Prepared service stations, clean and set tables, and front paying station. Assistant to the house barista when needed. Prep work in kitchen and end of shift clean up. Handle cash-up and report at the end of service. Often working double shifts (16-hour shifts) and comfortable with the hours
