Assist with the safe navigation (including Navigational Watchkeeping) of the yacht and perform deck duties such as mooring, anchoring, and line handling. Including Mediterranean & Nordic moorings - capable of managing Fore & Aft berthing duties including calling distances and instructing interior crew assisting. Involved in a full respray of the yacht in Fort Lauderdale '22 including disassembly and reassembly of all exterior hardware, repainting all lockers, assisting or managing the painting contractors where required. Operate and maintain deck equipment such as One 24' RIB & One 33' Intrepid 327 Open, 3 jet skis, water toys including 2 tandem & 2 single Hobie kayaks with pedals, paddles, sails & outboards, windsurfing, SeaBobs' and managing basic fishing operations including the procurement and management of gear and equipment. Assist with the setup and breakdown of water sports activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing. Ensure the safety of guests and crew while underway or during water activities, including performing safety drills and procedures as needed. Manage inventory and maintenance of deck supplies and equipment, including requesting, procuring, storing, cleaning and stowing equipment after use. I act as the primary chaperone with the guests on a multitude of different shore excursions assisting with guest services such as setting up lounging and dining areas, beach setups and anything else requested by the principles. LSA & FFE Monthly & Annual Checks, Bunkering operations, Engine Room checks whilst underway & Davit Operations & Launching of Tenders/Toys.
