With experience as both a Second and Chief Stew, I’ve led interior teams through demanding seasons, tight turnarounds and high expectations all while keeping standards high and guest experiences unforgettable. I take pride in bringing a calm, capable presence to every program I join and I thrive on the detail-focused side of the job, picking up on what’s needed before it’s asked for and adding thoughtful touches that make each trip feel personal. Stepping into the Chief Stew role challenged me to grow fast and lead with confidence. To build on that, I recently completed the Purser course which gave me a stronger grasp of yacht operations, admin, and the professionalism that underpins a well-run program. I’m now looking for my next chapter with a positive, driven crew that values high standards and good energy.
