Responsible for menu design, running a team of 4 chefs, provisioning, and organizing logistics across the fleet. Traveling with the owner and in charge of his diet. Responsible for overseeing new build project of 110m and two new 130m yachts. Managed two major refits. Responsible for training program across the fleet.
