Part of the full new build project from shipyard phase through launch. Managed complete interior setup for both crew and guest areas. Conducted 2 years of warranty work in the shipyard and supervised a sky lounge refit. Coordinated guest logistics including restaurant reservations and excursions across the Mediterranean. Assisted new owners during vessel sale and crew transition. Responsible for 11 crew and 12 guests, provisioning, itinerary planning, accounting and up to date inventories and organizing of the interior. Oversaw all interior procedures and daily service with a team of 4 stewardesses. Covered galley duties when required, cooking for up to 11 crew and ensuring smooth meal service alongside managing the interior team.

Oversaw the 5-year survey and haul-out periods, working with project managers. Recruited and trained junior interior crew with annual service refreshers. Maintained SOPs, service standards, and inventories year-round.

Joined during a shipyard period in the Netherlands and prepared vessel for charter season. Recruited chef and full interior team. Managed back-to-back charters with rapid 2-day turnarounds. Created custom menus and wine pairings based on preference sheets. Delivered high-level guest service with a 3-person interior team.
