Assisting the F&B and OBS Managers responsible for their department to deliver the Commercial, Financial and Quality objectives set for the department on the vessel assigned delivering great customer service.

Exterior duties : • Washdowns, ropework, assisting with lines and fenders • Sails trimming, anchoring, watch keeping • Assisting captain in mooring/berthing. Using the dinghy • Navigation watches, plotting course to steer, making and following a Passage/Pilotage Plan. Interior duties : • In charge of all hospitality, interior maintenance and housekeeping • Cabin detailing and service • Polishing, restocking, laundry, stowage, interior inventory and accounting.

S/Y “Victoria de Luxe”, 46ft, Fethiye/Turkey. • Interior and exterior crew management, providing assistance to the yacht with shore support, maintaining company yacht files • Organization of charter cruises, guests reception and welcoming • Maintenance of book-keeping accounts (processing of the enquiries and cruises price quotations, handling of orders and invoices, arranging and supervision of invoices payment), marketing and advertising (acquisition of customers and development of the customer base, web site project development).
