I’m an approachable and driven chef with over 20 years in the culinary industry. My career began at thirteen as a dishwasher, progressing through the cold kitchen before becoming a chef and working across a range of fine dining restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments. Eventually, I opened and ran my own restaurant, gaining valuable experience in menu development, staff management, budgeting, and day-to-day operations. That period taught me adaptability, problem-solving, and how to maintain high standards under pressure. I’m skilled in a wide range of dietary styles, including keto, LCHF, Paleo, low-carb, vegan, raw, and vegetarian cuisine. Alongside my culinary career, I’ve trained in Muay Thai for over fifteen years, building the focus, discipline, and stamina essential for demanding galley environments at sea.
