About
I have spent many years on the water sailing in the Med and UK on bareboat and flotilla cruising holidays, offshore racing with Tall Ships Youth Trust, Youth Chaperoning with British Offshore Sailing School, and latterly offshore passages as part of my Yachtmaster training. Overall I have completed 143 days at sea and covered over 4,100 nautical miles. This has led me to develop a strong interest in the Superyacht industry and the chance to build a long-term career. I am personable, adaptable, and enjoy working as part of a crew, and get on well with a wide variety of personalities. I have just completed my 6 month Superyacht Cadetship at UKSA and have gained my Yachtmaster Offshore and other basic qualifications. I am now available immediately. I am a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude and take pride in completing tasks to a high standard. While I am early on in my professional yachting career, I am highly motivated to continue developing my skills, learning from crew and making the most of every opportunity to improve and add value.

Experience
Superyacht Cadet
I have completed my first phase of the UKSA Cadetship, an intensive programme that is designed to prepare crew for the Superyacht industry. During my time on the course, I have developed skills in deck and engine maintenance, watchkeeping, passage planning, and provisioning, all while living in a crew of 5 for the duration. I have spent time sailing 37 ft to 65 ft yachts, crossing the English Channel, and completing various passages from Cowes to France and the West Country in challenging weather conditions.
Sailor
I have completed a channel islands cruise with Tall Ships Youth Trust from the UK ending in Guernsey. I was later invited back to take part in their Fastnet Youth Campaign for 2025 which consisted of 2 selection weekends. I have taken part in both, one consisting of offshore race training in watch systems and the other of technical spinnaker training.
Boat Builder (Work Experience)
I have completed a week of work experience with William’s Jet Tenders in their factory in Oxfordshire. During my time here I was actively working hands-on in the production line on the tenders. Duties I completed included fixing components such as water filters, fuel tanks, fire safety equipment and connecting 12V Electrics. To do this I used a variety of power tools, including heaters, drills, saws and impact drivers. Through this experience I learnt skills in time management, how to meet deadlines, communication and attention to detail.
