I am a Highly Qualified Pilates instructor and also Qualified as a Fitness, Exercise to music and Children's Instructor. I have worked on the boats before, stewardessing, and have been teaching Pilates for over 10 years now and I absolutely love what I do. I have also grown up on boats and lived by the coast pretty much all of my life, so I absolutely love the sea. Our favourite holidays are our Family sailing holidays and I feel totally at home on the ocean. I love helping people to feel better and get stronger :) I would offer any boat a very cheerful, happy fun and positive outlook and attitude. Professional and helpful. I absolutely love what I do and that shows. My hobbies are all outdoors, as I love nature, water sports, sailing, skiing, the mountains, forests, hiking, long walks. I am so passionate about Pilates and the water as I have seen and experienced what it does for people and the amazing effects that it has on them mentally, physically and emotionally. I specialise in rehabilitation/severe Injuries and pre/post surgery. I have had the honour and pleasure of working with a range of clients. I also teach really good and challenging group or 1:1 classes and we always have fun :) Having taught celebrities, privacy and confidentiality are very important to me, and I carry out all of my classes in such a way that respects this. I would really like the opportunity to teach on the boats and hopefully reach as many people as I can, spreading the Pilates word and the wonderful benefits it brings people, and it will be so wonderful to get the opportunity to teach Pilates on board and bring the amazing experience of both Pilates and the ocean together, to give people a really once in a life time experience, that will most definitely leave them wanting more and make it really memorable for them. I think it would be an amazing service for any boat to offer and having that on board to offer guests would be a wonderful addition. Combining Pilates the ocean and boats would leave any guest wanting more of this experience. There is nothing better then doing Pilates outside, being surrounded by the sea and on board a boat would be really special for guests. Kind thanks and I look forward to working with you :)
