I am a fully qualified Chef with strong pastry skills, bringing professionalism, structure, and high standards to every galley I work in. I take pride in consistency, presentation, hygiene, and the ability to perform well under pressure in both private and charter environments. In addition to my culinary qualifications, I hold all required yachting certifications including STCW, SAMSA medical, Powerboat Level 2, VHF Radio Operator certification, and a jet ski license. I am also trade test certified. My training and hands-on experience allow me to confidently support not only in the galley, but also on deck or within the interior when needed. Being young, fit, and highly motivated, I am physically capable of deck operations and eager to contribute wherever I add value. I understand the importance of teamwork onboard and am adaptable across departments, always maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
