Raised by the ocean in a family of fishermen, I developed a deep connection to maritime life from a young age. With three years of hands-on experience in the yachting industry including a year aboard a 46m motor yacht, where I was promoted from Deckhand to Bosun, I've gained strong skills in deck operations, team leadership, and high-standard service. I left the vessel prior to the following season due to a family illness but remain fully committed to building a long-term career in yachting. I bring a strong work ethic, a collaborative approach, and a genuine passion for life at sea.

Bosun
Led the deck team in daily operations, ensuring high standards. Planned and executed maintenance projects including varnishing, polishing, Teak, caulking, and Awlgrip paint repairs. Maintained safety standards on deck and participated actively in emergency drills. Managed deck inventory and stock, ordering supplies and coordinating with management on future needs. Trained green crew in seamanship, safety drills and maintenance procedures on deck to ensure crew competency.
Deckhand/Engineer
Daily exterior maintenance including wipe down, wash down, polishing, stainless and detailing to superyacht standard. Assisted in docking and anchoring operations, handling mooring lines and fenders with precision. Launched, recovered, and drove tenders for guest transport and water sports support. Carried out watchkeeping duties and navigational watch keeping duties for day and night underway and at anchor. Assisted Chief Engineer in planned maintenance and troubleshooting of key systems including generators, water makers, HVAC, fuel/oil and sewage treatment and supported refuelling operations. Stripped and revarnished exterior woodwork to high gloss finish using Epifanes varnish. Fixed and filled pressure cracks along with Awlgrip paint touch ups and repairs.
