Chief Stewardess
Oversaw and managed the entire interior department of a newly launched vessel, including full setup and interior design from scratch. Created a weekly schedule for the interior team, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards. Took full responsibility for provisioning and inventory management. Led the complete interior outfitting process during dry dock, selecting and purchasing everything needed to make the yacht ready for the season, from décor to guest amenities. Supervised all housekeeping and laundry operations, maintaining a pristine and organized interior for both guests and crew. Provided full guest service when boss onboard, including table setup and decoration for every meal, cocktail and wine service, and weekly flower arrangements. Maintained laundry for both guests and crew, and ensured pristine upkeep of all crew quarters with turnaround.
