Joined as temporary Chief Stewardess to support the completion of an intense refit yard period. Responsibilities included preparing the vessel for the new owner and training junior stewardesses in laundry, housekeeping and service ensuring the team delivered high standards, smooth department operations and a polished guest experience. After crossing from the UK to Palma, we went straight into a high-pressured guest trip, followed by an Atlantic Crossing with guests onboard. On arrival into Antigua we then had a quick 24 hour turnaround of guests departing before going into the Antigua Boat Show. Set daily tasks for the girls, provisioned for guests and crew, liaised with agents and florists, updated Voly accounts and created all necessary inventories from scratch.

Seasonal position working as the Chief Stew. I led and mentored the junior stewardess, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of service and smooth interior operations throughout the season. We prepared the yacht for multiple high profile events, including the summer charter season and professional photoshoots. I designed and delivered bespoke guest experiences to every charter onboard. Including themed evenings, personalised birthday celebrations for varied ages and interactive treasure hunts to keep the kids busy. I coordinated directly with the Captain and Principals to organise guest logistics, including restaurant bookings, private transport and tailored shore arrangements. I managed provisioning for both guests and crew, liaised with agents ashore / florists / suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Joined the owner’s new boat MY Q for their first guest trip, initially on a 2 week contract that extended to 7 weeks due to performance, before transferring to the fleet’s main vessel, MY Skyfall. I oversaw detailed preparations for MY Q’s shipyard refit using PinPoint, a full inventory of everything onboard from the previous owner which also included alcohol and uniform inventories. Stepped up as Acting Chief Stew on both MY Q and MY Skyfall multiple times, leading an interior team of 4 crew ensuring smooth crew coordination, setting daily tasks, ticking off must do jobs, updating inventories on Microsoft Excel and monthly accounts on Voly. Delivered high-end guest service frequently stepping into lead service, managing lunch and dinner services when the Chief Stew was occupied. Created personalised and themed table décor and settings enhancing the guest dining experience with attention to detail and creativity, at sunset delivering wine and cocktail service.
