I am a seeking a permanent position as a Stew/Masseuse on a Busy Charter Vessel - Dual Season. Ideally in the 50-70m range. With a background in hospitality as well as being certified in Swedish Massage, Foot Reflexology and Professional Thai Massage I am eager to land a position on a busy charter programme where I can deliver exceptional services to our clients and make a real positive difference to the team. My goal in the yachting industry is to ultimately be known for my passion and skills in massage therapy. I am looking for a yacht with an amazing crew dynamic and lovely Chief Stew where I can continue to learn, grow and form amazing relationships while at sea.

Stew/Chef
I was onboard Groover as a 2nd Stewardess and Chef. Groover was a busy, back to back private vessel which trips to the Bahamas and East Coast, US. My responsibility were: Crew and Guest laundry Upkeep of the interior, crew mess and guest cabins Detailing Solo Turn ups and turn downs Service Provisioning Stock take Inventory Taking full responsibility of the galley department as the sole chef.
Sous Chef
Temporarily covered for a Sous/Crew Chef: Reorganising, creating a detailed and functioning system, deep cleaning and stocking of the galley equipment and dry store. Menu planning and Cooking for 16 crew, assisting the head chef during service as well as responsible for making and plating the desserts for guests ranging from 2 - 8 at a time during trips. Cleaning and maintaining the organised structure of the galley, dry store, fridges and freezer.
Stewardess/Chef
Looking after 8 to 20 guests at a time each month. Cleaning and detailing of the cabins, bathrooms and salon. Service as well as morning, Lunch and Evening set up and clean downs. Laundry duties as well provisioning, stock take and inventory of the interior and galley. Sole Stew/Chef on days when the 2nd stewardess has her off days.
