Collaborating closely with customers to understand and establish course requirements and gathering necessary information to tailor the course experience to meet customer needs effectively. Facilitating the onboarding process for students entering relevant courses by providing necessary instructions and guidance to ensure a seamless transition into the course environment as well as managing the offboarding process for students upon completion of their courses, including issuing relevant instructions and handling administrative tasks associated with course completion. Au Pair / House Cleaner
