I'm a passionate and well-organized chef with over 6 years of experience in the kitchen, including 4 years working on busy charter yachts in both interior and galley roles. My cooking style blends Mediterranean, Vietnamese, Thai, Italian, Japanese, Brazilian, and fusion cuisines, always with a focus on healthy, flavorful, and dietary-specific meals that invites our guests to indulge their favorite food.
