Skilled in varnishing, Sika beading, basic carpentry, and training green/junior deck crew and providing guidance on safety protocols, maintenance techniques and ensure they quickly adapt. Experienced with IDEA inventory management and bridge watchkeeping. Conducted LSA checks, chart corrections, and BA bottle refills, demonstrating strong safety and operational knowledge. Confident in all aspects of deck maintenance and seeking an opportunity to step up into a more advanced role.

Completed navigational watches, anchoring and mooring operations, weekly and monthly safety equipment checks, general exterior maintenance, tender driving, guest management and watersports, basic tender maintenance, chart work experience with fliteboards and seabobs, detailing and washdowns. Whipping fender lines, polishing stainless, semco application and launching the tender.

Deckhand on a charter/private yacht. Completed 4 weeks of charter, including tender driving and watersport activities with guests. Detailing, teak maintenance, working aloft, washdowns, restoring stainless, guest experience, mooring procedures, bridge watches, tender towing and towel folding.
