I have been in the industry for six years, with experience on both Charter & Private vessles. Most recently as Head of Servoce & Relief Chief stewardess for a 85m havey Charter and private yacht, Leading a service team of 3 and a interior team of 8. I have extensive knowledge in Service, Housekeeping, Uniform, Laundry & Uniform management. I have my WSET level 2 in Wine with Merit, I have my TYSA Head of Service Diploma, along with Advanced food and beverage, Cigar and, Barista & Tea courses. With over five years of experience in hospitality, specifically waitressing. I also have a background in publicity, fitness, and au pairing for UHNW families. Additionally, I have a keen interest in molecular mixology, with creating interesting and exciting cocktails!

Second Stewardess
I took a TEMP role to complete my Med season: We had live aboard owners during the summer with high standards. I Sshared the responsibility of service with the Chief stewardess. Led service when she was on breaks and made sure the interior was running smoothly. I was in charge of preparing for most meals, Welcome drinks, Tablescapes and themes.
