Experience
2nd Engineer
Assisted Chief Engineer during the final stages of the shipyard period, ensuring smooth technical delivery. Set up and structured IDEA PMS to align with operational requirements. Created and kept a warranty list using Pinpoint, tracking issues, and ensuring prompt resolution with shipyard. Participated in Sea Trials, monitoring performance. Completed 10 days of guest trips, providing engineering support during operations.
2nd Engineer
Supported Chief Engineer in running engine room operations, managing PMS on IDEA. Repaired leaking hydraulic lines. Troubleshoot electrical issues including inverter faults and battery charger issues. Removed and serviced water maker LP pumps, grey water, and cooling systems pumps. Trained a junior engineer on machinery systems operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
