Hotel Supervisor
CurrentManaging a team of 4 hotel assistants, ensuring hotel standards are maintained (guest service and housekeeping). Organise and oversee weekly hotel turnaround days, managing a team of hotel assistants to prepare all rooms (19) for incoming guests. Stock management, and collaboration with maintenance and management. Working in a stressful and busy environment. Showing excellent time management, organisation, and customer skills.
2nd Stew
Working closely with the chief stew and 4 other crew members. Daily guest housekeeping: main cabin and bathroom, office, main saloon, corridors, dayhead, pantry. Charter guest housekeeping (9 guests): 5 guest cabins and 5 bathrooms, main saloon, upper saloon, 2 dayheads, corridors. Daily crew housekeeping: pantry, crew mess, captain's cabin, bridge, corridors. Laundry: crew & guest. Guest food & beverage service. Organising crew provisions (drinks, snacks, essentials). Driving owner to and from various locations throughout the week.
Sole Stewardess
Guest housekeeping: guest cabins (4) and bathrooms (4) (including main and VIP), main saloon, dayhead, galley, and corridors. Guest food and beverage service. Assist in meal preparation and plating. Guest laundry.
