Coordinated with the Captain for guest trips, managed inventories, scheduling, and budgets, handled accounting for all departments, organized crew flight tickets for leave, provided service for up to sixteen guests and larger events, assisted owners and charter guests with trip planning, reservations, and activities, developed daily procedures, routines, and checklists, supervised and decorated for birthday parties and events, led and managed a team of three during a busy charter season with short turnarounds.

Coordinated with the Captain on logistics, deliveries, and furnishing, managed purchasing and deliveries of all interior-related items (linen, towels, cutlery, glassware), worked closely with the interior designer on decor, furniture placement, and aesthetics, established daily procedures, routines, and checklists.

Managed inventory, scheduling, and budgets, provided service for up to thirteen guests and larger events, detailed crew mess and interior spaces, performed laundry duties, including ironing, steaming, and uniform care, provided fine dining, silver service, wine service, and coffee/tea service, organized guest excursions and beach BBQs, assisted with lines and fenders on deck, ensured smooth operations across all departments.
