Full set up the boat before Monaco yacht show, guest and broker tours during MYS, assist with set up bar for more than 70 guests and provide high standard of service, flowers arranging and napkin folder, wine serving, bartender & barista duties, shopping list, silver service & mise en place preparation, close cooperation with a 2nd stew in operating inventories and creating provisioning supply list, assist with distribution of crew uniform, responsible for training green/junior stewardess.
