Responsible for all crew laundry and ironing, ensuring timely and meticulous care of personal and uniform items. Maintained a clean, organized, and hygienic environment throughout the boat, supporting overall crew well-being.

Duties include maintaining high standards of cleanliness of all guest areas including saloons, cabins, corridors and dayheads. Clean bridge, laundry and crew mess. Ensuring that the crew has a cozy and tidy space to live. Refill snacks, fruits and juices. Supported in serving meals, including setting up and clearing up. Responsible for laundry for crew and guests. Gained valuable knowledge of different fabrics and ironing techniques. Washed and ironed 5 sets of bedsheets daily. Participated in inventory management, stocking and buying supplies as needed. Prepared cabins for turn-ups and turn-downs. Adhered to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests and crew. Maintained confidentiality and privacy of guests at all times.

Collaborated within a team of eight members to orchestrate an event catering to eight guests. Coordinated a five-course synchronised silver service, incorporating mixology, wine, and entertainment.
