Hobbies & Interests
Growing up in Cornwall gave me a great connection to watersports. My favorite being Gig Rowing, I Have rowed for 17 years, competing in both National and World championships. This also keeps be fit and active. My other favorites include, Paddleboarding, surfing and snorkeling. The ocean is truly my face place. I've also had the opportunity to live in America flr 3 years. This has given me a love for travel. While in America, I completed 30 states, getting to experience and see how diverse one country can be was a great eye-opener and has given me a drive to see more places.

Assistant Manager
As Assistant Manager, I managed the whole restaurant and team. I hosted and greeted guests, and made and served both Bar and food services. My favorite job within this role was pass. This meant I had extensive communication with the kitchen to ensure a smooth service. I also had daily management responsibilities and HACCP regulations.
Restaurant Supervisor
Within this role, I managed 3 daily services, with the evening service being fine dining. I had daily chances to pair wine with food due to specials. At this Australian cuisine, I had the chance to cook and serve foods that aren't often used and recognize what flavors go well together. Also at this Restaurant, I had daily Barista service and managed the provisions
Restaurant Floor Staff
The Headland Hotel is a Famous Hotel and is also 5*. This is where I got my passion for fine dining service and loved doing Silver Service daily. At this establishment, we had celebrity clients meaning I know how to work with great professionalism. We also had large events and weddings almost weekly. I loved having the creative freedom to decorate the tables and chairs for these events and transform the rooms around.
