Born in Belgium, but an islander at heart from my upbringing in Barbados, I've had the privilege of diving into the world of yachting from a young age. My journey began with sailing, racing, and maintaining dinghies and sailing yachts up to 30 meters long. it was amidst the vibrant sailing culture of the island and its inherent hospitality that my deep love for genuine hospitality and anticipation of guest needs truly took root. This foundation has only further cultivated my dedication to impeccable service and meticulous care. For over 7 years, I've had the privilege of making people feel welcome in some truly unique settings and have honed my skills in the yachting and hospitality industry. I've served onboard various HNWI's yachts, including that of a prestigious royal family in the Middle East, cruised the Mediterranean, Northern African and Caribbean waters, and worked in various roles catering to the elite, including House Manager, Private Personal Assistant, and luxury ski Chalet Manager in the beautiful Swiss Alps. These experiences have shaped me into a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic, responsible leadership abilities, and expertise in excellent service, housekeeping, laundry, and more. I'm known for my easy-going nature, and I'm a positive, energetic, and self-motivated individual with a passion for caring for others. Now, I'm on the lookout for my next challenge in a rotational position as a Chief Stewardess on a motor yacht ( 40-65m). I am currently based in India, fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Chief Stewardess
Led and mentored a team of two interior stews, implementing a new rota system that improved workflow and team morale, during intense guest trips and maintained a consistent standard of service excellence across extensive transits from the Caribbean to Panama and Alaska. Conceptualized and executed a range of memorable guest activities, including bespoke beach setups, fun treasure hunts, and a disco-themed cocktail party for the Antigua Boat Show, delivering a high-end, personalized service for owners and charter guests.
Chief Stewardess
