Previously working as a Chief Stewardess and 2nd Stewardess onboard private and charter vessels, I strive to further apply my knowledge and skills to create a harmonic and innovative-minded team. My goal is to implement a strategy of a team-building atmosphere to positively influence the smooth and safe operation of the vessel. Originally from Poland, living in the UK for the past 20 years, where I obtained a university degree in Sport Sciences. I’m a trustworthy and independent individual with the ability to delegate work tasks effectively and efficiently, with a solid background in interior management and guest service.

In my leisure time, I enjoy reading books, playing football as I’ve played for around eleven years, and socialising with others whether it’s on the beach or going for dinners.

Chief Stewardess
Joining the vessel at short notice, with the vessel being in charter mode, I was responsible for quick adaptation to the vessel and guests, working alongside second stewardess, taking full control of the interior, rotating through all areas.
Chief Stewardess
Delegating tasks and monitoring a green second stewardess, easing her way into the industry. Rotating through all areas within the interior; mainly with family or plated style service. Conducting provisions based on charter guests/boss requests. Furthermore, making quick turnovers of five cabins as there were 19 charters and 10 boss trips mainly back-to-back throughout the season. In addition, assisting the deck with line handling during docking and manoeuvring.
Sole Stewardess
My responsibilities included managing crew and guest laundry, conducting plated and family style service, taking care of 3 double cabins and 1 four-bed cabin, also assisting the deck with line handling and fenders when required during port maneuverers.
