Following the takeover of a vessel with a significant maintenance backlog and limited PMS implementation, I restored maintenance standards, improved reliability, and developed the SeaHub maintenance system. A highly skilled, hands-on Chief Engineer, I personally perform complex troubleshooting and maintenance on MTU 16V4000 main engines, John Deere/Kohler generator sets, Rolls-Royce “Kamewa” waterjet propulsion, HVAC, refrigeration, and automation systems while overseeing budgets, compliance, and contractor management.
