I joined the vessel in Dubai for a busy winter season that included high-profile guest trips to Qatar for the F1 Grand Prix, Saudi Arabia, and the Maldives. My role involved providing exceptional service for the owner's family and high-end guests, with a heavy focus on tender driving and guest-facing activities such as snorkeling and water sports coordination. On deck, I gained significant experience in anchoring operations, including dropping and hauling anchor while providing clear commands to the bridge. My daily responsibilities included refueling tenders and jet skis, operating on-board limos for guest transportation, and managing crew transfers. I also ensured the vessel met elite standards through meticulous wash-downs, teak maintenance, and general detailing, remaining flexible and professional while performing night shift duties in a fast-paced environment.

I joined the vessel in West Palm Beach ahead of the Caribbean season, working with various guest groups and the owner. My responsibilities have included setting up a wide range of water sports activities such as Flite boards, Seabobs, paddleboards, and jet skis. I have gained full confidence launching, operating, and recovering tenders, including guest runs, and was actively involved in anchoring operations and anchor watch. Onboard, I have worked extensively with our four cranes, becoming proficient in lifting and securing toys and equipment using safety straps and tag lines. I have taken full responsibility for launching and recovering all four jet skis, as well as maintaining and charging onboard toys and batteries. I also contributed to deck detailing and presentation, ensuring high standards throughout guest trips. In addition, I gained valuable experience assisting on the bridge as a lookout during night passages while underway.

As part of a deck team of 10, I gained valuable experience during a one-month shipyard period, which involved paintwork, bulwark maintenance, and rust management. Furthermore, we had an intensive eight-week Mediterranean charter season, hosting 30 guests at a time. During this time, I leveraged my skills as an experienced HDA (Helicopter Deck Assistant) and firefighter. My responsibilities included assisting with helicopter operations and ensuring safety protocols were followed. Furthermore, I performed Bridge and Night watch duties, acting as a lookout. I also managed tender runs, both day and night, for guests in busy marinas such as Ibiza. As the second man, I was responsible for launching, driving and recovering tenders (10m), ensuring full safety knowledge, especially in challenging conditions with big swells. Additionally, I set up various water toys for guests, including fly boards and sea bobs, and gained experience on the Skinotic tender used for wakeboarding and wake surfing by guests. I was also responsible for organising and assisting with recreational activities, such as jet skiing, snorkelling, and paddleboarding. My role included providing safety briefings, instructing guests on proper equipment use, and ensuring their overall safety during these activities. I also assisted in preparing the deck for guest arrivals, including cleaning and arranging deck furniture.
