PROJECT INTERIOR DIRECTOR/CHIEF STEWARDESS
I worked on an 80-meter new build during a critical stage, preparing it for launch in early 2025. My role involved managing interior logistics, including crew uniform procurement, provisioning coordination, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. I streamlined logistics, developed operational checklists, and facilitated onboarding to ensure the vessel was on track to meet the highest standards. While the position offered a valuable package, I sought a transition where I could apply my expertise in a more structured and fulfilling environment. I concluded my role on positive terms and am now seeking the right vessel where I can contribute long-term and grow within a committed team
Temp. Chief Stewardess
I assisted on MY Haida 1929, covering for the 2nd steward during his vacation and supporting his promotion early in the guest trip. I prepared the vessel for a remote North American voyage, procured weather gear and wine for guests, managed crew needs, and collaborated with the interior team for readiness.
Chief Stewardess
As Chief Stewardess aboard M/Y Hawa, I led a team of three through a challenging season of crew changes while upholding high housekeeping and service standards. After addressing technical issues in the Shipyard, I reflected on my desire for a larger leadership role and decided to take on more responsibilities and lead a bigger team again.
