Safety officer on-board, mini ISM & managing SOP's for on-board drills. Lead of Deckhand and organising day to day operations, including general upkeep. Skipper of the secondary 65ft chase vessel when required. Organising in correspondence with captain of a shipyard period.
Customer Sales & Water Sports Boat Servicing Administrator
Product knowledge & customer sales of inventory - Towables & flight boards, fishing gear, maintenance products, etc. Boat/Jet ski service customer check in for servicing and 'on-the-spot' problem solving mechanical issues. Data log entry of vessel, issue(s) to solve & general maintenance required into company system for engineers to view. Creating customer service rapport and upsell of companies products & servicing plans.
Bosun
2-Month Passage (Florida - Galapagos), including 12-day expedition Boss trip within the Galapagos Islands. Jet Tender Operations. Planning with Chief Officer of duties & tasks, maintenance and boss on/off requirements. Passage watch underway, both Coastal & Ocean. General maintenance & upkeep of the vessel.
