About
With seven years of yachting experience across private, charter, and new build vessels, I have developed expertise in crew leadership, guest service, financial administration and vessel logistics. Now, having recently completed the IAMI GUEST Purser training with The Crew Academy, I am eager to apply my skills while expanding on my newly acquired expertise to support efficient vessel operations under the guidance of a Captain and management team who value mentorship and professional growth. I have led and developed interior teams of up to six, managing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance oversight to ensure seamless service and a well-integrated crew. My financial responsibilities have included budget management, expense tracking, and provisioning, utilizing Voly for reconciliations and reporting while maintaining cost efficiency. I have also managed itinerary logistics, multi-department coordination, and high-profile events, including both the Monaco and Antigua Yacht Shows. In addition, I am skilled in multinational guest service, having catered to diverse clientele across private and charter programs. I have overseen guest logistics, transport coordination, and operational planning, while managing dining service, event execution, and shore-side arrangements to ensure a seamless experience both onboard and ashore. Prior to yachting, I spent five years as a Chief Stewardess in commercial aviation, gaining experience in team leadership and service management, as well as two seasons in the HR department. During this time, I also completed an NVQ in Business Administration. Additionally, I studied Event Management and completed Floral Design training at McQueens Flower School in London, refining my ability to execute onboard events and functions.

Experience
Chief Stewardess
Joining the programme pre-launch, this dual-season, high-usage private and charter vessel with a crew of 17 saw me progress from 2nd Stewardess to Chief Stewardess, leading a team of six interior crew. I gained extensive experience in vessel administration, guest operations, and team leadership, ensuring seamless owner and charter experiences. The vessel catered to American owners, with charter guests spanning multiple nationalities, requiring a versatile and culturally adaptive service approach. The success of our operations was reflected in multiple returning charter guests, reinforcing the exceptional standard of service and guest satisfaction. During the build phase, I managed yard works, contractor coordination, and procurement of all interior and crew-related items, implementing SOPs and working systems to create a structured interior operation. My rotational partner and I led a rapid move-in/setup within three days, preparing the vessel for an intensive four-month maiden owner trip with weekly guest turnover. Post-build, I oversaw shipyard warranty works and ongoing interior maintenance, liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure all areas remained guest-ready. My responsibilities extended to financial and inventory management, where I sourced and compared supplier quotes, presented options to the Captain for approval, and handled expense tracking and reconciliations via Voly, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Managing provisioning across multiple regions, I balanced in-person sourcing and supplier coordination to meet tight schedules and budget restraints and worked closely with captains, owners, agents, and charter managers to coordinate trip logistics, itinerary planning, and event execution. Notably, during the Monaco Yacht Show, I managed both show and guest logistics, liaising with Charter Brokers and Benetti staff to ensure seamless show operations while overseeing 12 guests ashore, including their bookings, transport, complex dietary needs, pet logistics and movements between the vessel and hotel. Alongside operations, I played an active role in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring the interior team, fostering a supportive and efficient environment. I prioritized team development and open communication, priding myself on creating a workplace where all crew felt comfortable seeking guidance. This contributed to strong retention, consistent service standards, and a well-integrated interior operation.
2nd Stewardess
A busy 50m private and charter vessel with a multinational crew of 10 and an interior team of three, operating along the East to West Coast USA including Alaska and Central America. The vessel endured heavy owner usage with multiple charter trips, including a repeat guest who rebooked for 13 weeks over six months, hosting large-scale events with high service expectations. Followed by an extensive yard period which saw me lead interior works in the absence of the Chief stew. As 2nd Stewardess, I supported the smooth running of the interior, maintaining service and housekeeping standards while assisting in training junior stews. I handled solo late services and stepped up to cover Chief Stewardess responsibilities during breaks, further developing my leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability in a high-pressure environment. The vessel’s demanding schedule and high-profile guests strengthened my ability to deliver consistently high service under pressure.
Service Stewardess
Part of a seven-strong interior team on a high-intensity private vessel with 24 crew, I played a key role in delivering seamless guest service and event execution. I coordinated cocktail hours, beach setups, and themed events, gaining the confidence to independently manage evening gatherings for 14+ guests. Beyond service, I developed strong organizational and operational skills, overseeing inventory management, assisting with provisioning, sourcing guest giveaways, leading creative aspects and supporting the Chief Stewardess when the 2nd Stewardess was absent.
