About
With over six years of hands-on experience in the luxury yachting industry as Chief and Second Stew (33-60m) and a background in financial accounting before hospitality, I bring a grounded, detail-oriented, and proactive presence to any vessel. I offer a strong attention to detail, extensive interior knowledge, and a drive for continuous improvement. As a kind and empathetic leader, I foster a positive and productive working environment while remaining open to learning from my peers. I have sharpened my skills across all departments of the interior, including service, housekeeping, laundry, inventories, and maintenance. I also excel in wine service, mixology, and floral arrangements. I take pride in anticipating guests' needs and enjoy remembering their personal preferences to deliver a personalised experience. My ability to stay composed under pressure consistently supports a seamless interior operation, even during demanding charters.

Experience
CHIEF STEW
CurrentWorking closely with our world-class chef, I provide butler-style service to the owners who are very particular about their standards. Breakfast services are especially demanding as all guests order multiple individual hot breakfasts as opposed to a buffet. Guests enjoy ordering a variety of fresh juices, coffees and smoothies, which I make to order. Champagne and caviar are also very popular on board.
RELIEF CHIEF/ SECOND STEW
With six staterooms and 11 crew, Bravado operates like a 50m superyacht. I was responsible for all inventories on board, provisioning for guests and crew, maintaining the interior and running operations when the chief stew is on leave. The American owners were fast-paced and demanding, always occupying all cabins on trips. We ran a busy private and charter program, packed with activities, excursions and entertainment on board.
SENIOR HOUSEKEEPER
Run like a 100m+ yacht, this luxurious English Country Home was the primary residence of four Kuwaiti owners. They employed only experienced yacht crew. We ran with five housekeepers, two laundrymen, and seven service staff on the interior. It was a great reintroduction to the industry as I worked amongst the most experienced yacht crew around to deliver services of unimaginable standards in a high-pressure environment.
