Officer of the Watch, I am accountable for overseeing the voyage plans, updating charts and publications, maintaining firefighting and lifesaving equipment onboard, operating GMDSS, RADAR, and ECDIS, and maneuvering a vessel with two variable pitch propeller propulsion.
Junior Seaman
Washdown the open decks with polisher, soap and high pressure hose. Varnishing handrails, chipping and painting surfaces, mooring deck operations, mooring lines repair, winch maintenance, glass cleaning, tank cleaning. Assisting to the bridge team on arrivals and departures like a lookout, helmsman or in the backstation with the 2nd officer.
