As a bar maid at Old Town Bar it is my responsibility to deliver excellent customer service in a fast pace environment. My duties include serving drinks whilst handling cash and card payments, keeping the bar area and dining areas clean and tidy and ensuring guests/customers have a positive and enjoyable experience. I assist with stock control, follow health and safety guidelines and work closely with my team members to ensure quality service is given. I enjoy the fast pace energy, meeting new people every day and being part of a team that creates a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

As an Antenatal and Newborn Screening Failsafe Officer for the NHS, my role involved ensuring that all necessary tests and screenings are completed for both expectant mothers and newborns. Manage and track data to confirm that patients have the correct blood samples taken and scans completed. Ensure that all newborns receive their postnatal care on time such as examinations and screening. My work played a critical part in making sure all screening processes are followed accurately and within the appropriate timeframes.

In my role in the Maternity Unit as a Ward Clerk, I would help keep things running smoothly on the ward by handling patient records, scheduling appointments, and supporting communication between staff and patients. Welcoming patients and families, and taking care of admin tasks like filing and keeping supplies stocked. My role was all about keeping the ward organized and making sure everyone feels supported.
