Over the 10 year period I worked on and off for Vaughn Phillips the co-owner of Horn & Phillips Catering Consortium in their Johannesburg & Cape Town Branches. We were colleagues at Eskom Conference Centre years ago and have stayed in contact over the years. I did from kitchen management, banqueting & event coordinating for them, from opening up a coffee shop from scratch with menu planning, costings & SOP's. I was a all rounder and assisted with a lot of the stadium catering to hospitality suites at all the stadium they were contracted to, as well as outside catering.

Worked during the soccer world cup hosted in South Africa in 2010 as a head chef overseeing various stadiums in Gauteng where the games were played. We did all the hospitality suites catering from set-up to clear up over the 2 month period.
